This welding package features the CTR12000 automatic resistance spot welder with C-Gun, which identifies metal type and thickness, sets the tip pressure, and establishes the power and time settings automatically. No technician input is needed - the welder will decide the best parameters for the job. "Just Pull the Trigger and Weld".
Designed to simplify vehicle collision repair, the high power, medium frequency inverter operation of the CTR12000 is ideal for today's newer materials including high and ultra-high strength steel, in addition to laminated steels. The process-regulated system provides clear quality assurance.

Two years
- When welding 1,500 MPa steel parts, manual spot weld settings are recommended. Our testing has shown that using the spot welder's AUTO setting may not achieve an adequate weld strength. Always refer to the Body Repair Manual for details.
